目的观察长托宁配伍消炎痛栓用于绝经后妇女取IUD的临床效果。方法观察53例绝经后妇女取IUD用长托宁配伍消炎痛栓后宫颈软化扩张及取环效果情况。并予心理护理、人性化服务、健康宣教等护理措施。结果取环成功者96.2%,失败者3.77%。结论长托宁配伍消炎痛栓用于绝经后妇女取IUD不需机械扩张宫颈,有利于取器,减少了并发症的发生,有效而安全。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of long-acting and indomethacin suppositories for IUD in postmenopausal women.
