研究目的:长沙枢纽承担着中南地区的客、货流运输,在路网中占有重要地位和作用。沪昆客运专线在长沙枢纽内的线路走向直接影响着长沙地区的交通及经济发展。通过对工程投资、客运效果、与城市规划的协调、预留工程的合理利用研究与分析,提出一个合理的线路引入方案。研究结论:沪昆客运专线引入长沙枢纽的线路方案有长沙南站北进南出方案、设长株潭站方案、株洲西站南进北出方案3个方案可选。经运用模糊层次分析法,从工程投资、客运效果、与城市规划的协调、对预留工程的合理利用4个方面的分析,最终确定沪昆客运专线引入长沙枢纽采用长沙南站北进南出方案。引入方案的合理选择,既满足了城市发展规划和铁路运输的需求,又节约了工程投资,同时也保证了杭长客运专线的顺利开工。
Research purposes: The Changsha hub undertakes passenger and cargo transportation in Central South China and occupies an important position and role in the road network. The line direction of Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line in Changsha hub directly affects the traffic and economic development in Changsha. Through the research and analysis on the project investment, the effect of passenger transport, the coordination with urban planning and the rational utilization of reserved projects, a reasonable route introduction plan is proposed. Conclusions: The scheme of introducing the Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line to the Changsha hub includes the southbound southward approach of Changsha South Railway Station, three options of Changzhutanzhan Station and Zhuzhou West Station Southward Northward Exit Project. Through the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, from four aspects of project investment, passenger effect, coordination with urban planning, and reasonable utilization of reserved project, it is finally determined that Changsha-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line will be introduced into Changsha Hub and then enter south of Changsha South Station Program. The reasonable choice of introducing the scheme not only meets the demand of urban development planning and railway transportation, but also saves the project investment, and at the same time, guarantees the smooth commencement of the Hang-Chang Passenger Dedicated Line.
