从国产蔓生百部(Stemona japonica Miq.)的根部分得三种微量百部生物碱成份,经波谱分析,确定为脱氢百部碱(didehydrostemonine 1),百部碱(stemonine 2),脱氢原百部碱(didehydroprotostemonine 3)。其中脱氢百部碱为一新生物碱并首次归属了百部碱的波谱数据。
Three kinds of trace alkaloids were obtained from the roots of Stemona japonica Miq. and determined by spectroscopic analysis as didehydrostemonine 1, stemonine 2, and dehydrogenation. Didehydroprotostemonine 3 (didehydroprotostemonine 3). Among them, dehydro-banerine is a new alkaloid, and for the first time belongs to the spectral data of the alkaloid.
