在程控车床上,零件尺寸是依靠调整刀尖的位置来获得的。最简易的办法是调整刀尖位置,然后试切工件来达到所需要的尺寸精度。这种方法,调整精度差,时间长,操作不方便,易出废品。用螺钉调整的办法,比上述方法好些。但同样调整精度不够理想,刀夹刚性低。为了克服上述缺点,我们采用双面齿条结构来提高微调精度,缩短了调刀时间,并使刀夹有较高的刚性。
In a programmable lathe, the part size is obtained by adjusting the position of the tip. The easiest way is to adjust the tip position, and then try cutting the workpiece to achieve the required dimensional accuracy. This method, poor adjustment accuracy, long time, inconvenient operation, easy to waste. Use screw adjustment method, better than the above method. However, the same adjustment accuracy is not ideal, rigid knife holder. In order to overcome the above shortcomings, we adopt a double-sided rack structure to improve the precision of the trimming, shorten the setting time and make the clip more rigid.
