大家一般习惯于在年底对全年工作进行总结。这里我想提出,应在年中对上半年的工作也进行一次回顾,及时掌握工作进度,发现存在的问题,巩固既有的成果,从而有利于下半年工作更好开展及全年计划的顺利完成。我体会,年中总结好处多,值得尝试和提倡。具体而言,要重点把握好如下四个方面: We are generally accustomed to the year-end summary of the work throughout the year.
