以丛式定向井为主的加密型井网作为稠油、超稠油油藏的一种重要开发方式,其开发效果已经在辽河油田得到了充分证明,但随着开发方式转换,SAGD水平井逐渐成为替代井型进行推广,随之产生了老区的水平井防碰绕障问题。以杜84-兴H2057井为例,重点针对利用MWD随钻监测井眼轨迹,施工中如何通过变换钻具组合,调整钻进方式,改变钻进参数来控制井眼轨迹及防碰绕障等技术和方法进行了介绍。通过采用的技术和方法可以准确有效地控制井眼轨迹,达到钻井目的。对类似开发区块多井防碰的钻井现场施工具有一定的借鉴性。
As an important development method of heavy oil and ultra-heavy oil reservoirs, the well pattern of directional well-focused confined well has been fully proved in Liaohe Oilfield. Taking Du 84-Hing H2057 well as an example, this paper focuses on the monitoring of wellbore trajectory by using MWD while drilling, how to control wellbore trajectory and anti-collision and so on by changing the combination of drilling tools, adjusting drilling method and changing drilling parameters Technology and methods were introduced. The wellbore trajectory can be controlled accurately and effectively by using the techniques and methods to achieve the purpose of drilling. It is of certain reference to the drilling site construction of multi-well anti-collision in similar development blocks.
