我厂使用5CrMnMo钢制造热锻模已经多年,但一直存在使用寿命不高的问题。我们通过多次试验改进了原工艺,采取提高淬火加热温度(由850℃提高到880℃)、固体氰化、增加回火次数、模腔用细砂喷砂等措施,使模具寿命成倍提高。现将模具制造工艺及热处理工艺介绍如下: 1.模具制造工艺流程下料→锻造→退火→机加工→固体氰化(或渗硼)→淬火→低温回火高温回火→探伤、硬度检查→细砂喷砂→砂布抛光→修整→磨→成品。 2.热处理工艺预先热处理采用球化退火工艺,最终热处理工艺见图1。 3.热处理时应注意的事项
Our factory use 5CrMnMo steel hot forging die has been for many years, but there is always the problem of low service life.
