总结两所医院10年来35例重症哮喘息者，采用不同剂量的糖皮质激素静脉应用效果，将病例分为三组，进行对照，结果提示大剂量糖皮质激素抑制气道的炎症反应，降低气道的高反应性以及防止气道过度狭窄，降低对支气管收缩剂的敏感性，从而较快地减缓呼吸和心率，缓解症状和血气。
To sum up 35 hospitalized patients with severe asthma in 10 hospitals over the past 10 years, different doses of glucocorticoid were used. The patients were divided into three groups for comparison. The results showed that high-dose glucocorticoid could inhibit airway inflammatory response and reduce gas The high reactivity of the tract and the prevention of excessive airway stenosis reduce the sensitivity to bronchoconstrictors and thus slow down the breathing and heart rate, relieving symptoms and blood gases.
