[目的]探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)不同型别的感染情况及其分型检测的临床意义。[方法]用导流杂交基因芯片技术对523例门诊首诊人群的宫颈脱落细胞标本进行HPV基因诊断和分型。[结果]①523例标本中HPV整体感染率为36.1%(189/523),单重感染率为31.4%(164/523);复合型别感染率为4.8%(25/523),包括2.9%(15/523)的双重感染及1.9%(10/523)的多重感染。②20~29岁和50~59岁组的感染率较高。③HPV阳性人群其宫颈高度病变的发生率(45.0%,85/189)显著高于HPV阴性人群(9.6%,32/334)。[结论]HPV分型检测对筛选宫颈高度病变有重要意义。导流杂交基因芯片技术适合临床筛查HPV感染及基因分型。
[Objective] To investigate the clinical significance of different types of human papilloma virus (HPV) infection and their typing detection. [Method] The HPV gene of cervical exfoliated cells from 523 outpatients in the first outpatient clinic were diagnosed and classified by flow cytometry. [Results] ① The overall infection rate of HPV was 36.1% (189/523) in 523 specimens and the rate of single infection was 31.4% (164/523). The infection rate of combined type was 4.8% (25/523), including 2.9% (15/523) and multiple infections at 1.9% (10/523). ② 20 to 29 years old and 50 to 59 years old group had a higher infection rate. (3) The incidence of cervical lesions (45.0%, 85/189) in HPV-positive population was significantly higher than that in HPV-negative population (9.6%, 32/344). [Conclusion] HPV typing is important for screening cervical lesions. Diversion gene chip technology is suitable for clinical screening of HPV infection and genotyping.
