员工绩效考核长期以来一直是困扰企业的一项重要的管理课题,尤其是对于大型国有企业来说,施行全员绩效考核更是困难重重。本文以唐山轨道客车有限责任公司(以下简称唐车公司)为案例,全面阐述了如何建立具有行业特色的一般员工绩效考评体系,进而为同类企业绩效考评体系搭建提供经验借鉴。
Employee performance appraisal has long been a major management problem that plagued enterprises. Especially for large-scale state-owned enterprises, the implementation of full performance appraisal is even more difficult. This paper takes Tangshan Rail Bus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tang Che Company) as an example, and expatiates on how to set up an employee performance evaluation system with industry characteristics in an all-round way so as to provide reference for the establishment of similar enterprises performance evaluation system.
