从中国海南岛海域采集的黑色绣球海绵 ( Iotrochota ridley)中分离出 2个化合物 C4 2 H85NO5和 C4 2H85NO4 。利用红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱等光谱和波谱技术 ,确定了它们的化学结构分别为 :N- ( 2 ` -羟基二十四碳酰基 ) - 1,3,4 -三羟基 - 2 -氨基 -十八烷 ( ) ,N-二十四碳酰基 - 1,3,4 -三羟基 - 2 -氨基 -十八烷 ( )。这是首次从海洋生物中得到的 2个化合物。
Two compounds, C4 2 H85NO5 and C4 2H85NO4, were isolated from Iotrochota ridley collected from Hainan Island, China. Using infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and other spectroscopic and spectroscopic techniques, it was determined that their chemical structures were: N-(2’-hydroxyoctatetracarbonyl)-1,3,4-trihydroxy-2-amino- Octadecane (), N-tetracosanoyl-1,3,4-trihydroxy-2-amino-octadecane (). This is the first time that two compounds have been obtained from marine organisms.
