空中瑜伽(Aerial Yoga)是又叫反重力瑜伽是一种新型的运动方式,以传统的哈他瑜伽——姿势、呼吸、冥想、收束法体系为基础,使练习者的心灵得到清净,身体得到锻炼,并且应用了空中悬吊技术和重力原理,一方面突显了空中瑜伽的视觉效果,另一方面丰富了空中瑜伽的科学健身价值,正逐渐受到国内外健身界的关注。文章主要介绍空中瑜伽的发展概况、构成特色及空中瑜伽对人体的健身作用,以期为广大健身爱好者提供一种更加时尚、有效的健身方法,同时也为空中瑜伽今后的开展提供理论支持。
