目的:探讨糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘患者外周血CD_(34)~+细胞、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)和嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)的影响。方法:选择哮喘急性发作期患者30例,常规取血测定CD_(34)~+细胞、IL—5和EOS;用吸入治疗2周后,再次取血测定外周血EOS计数、IL—5水平及CD_(34)~+细胞数目。结果:哮喘患者外周血EOS、IL-5及CD_(34)~+细胞数明显高于正常组(P<0.01)EOS凋亡指数呈显著下降( P<0.01)。经吸入布地奈德治疗2周后,IL-5、EOS及CD_(34)~+水平均显著降低。EOS凋亡指数呈显著增加,哮喘患者血清IL-5水平与EOS数呈显著正相关(r=0.92,P<0.01),与CD_(34)~+细胞数亦呈显著正相关(r=0.90,P<0.01)。结论:糖皮质激素可能影响CD_(34) ~+造血细胞的释放和向外周组织的迁移。
Objective: To investigate the effects of glucocorticoids on the expression of CD34 +, IL-5 and eosinophils in peripheral blood of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods: Thirty patients with acute exacerbation of asthma were selected and CD34 (34) + cells, IL-5 and EOS were measured by routine blood sampling. After 2 weeks of inhalation treatment, the levels of EOS, IL-5 and IL- CD_ (34) ~ + cell number. Results: The levels of EOS, IL-5 and CD34 + in peripheral blood of asthmatic patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01). The apoptosis index of EOS was significantly decreased (P <0.01). The levels of IL-5, EOS and CD34 (34) ~ + decreased significantly after 2 weeks of inhalation of budesonide. EOS apoptotic index was significantly increased, serum IL-5 levels were positively correlated with EOS number (r = 0.92, P <0.01), and also positively correlated with the number of CD34 (+) cells (r = 0.90, P <0.01). Conclusion: Glucocorticoid may affect the release of CD34 + hematopoietic cells and the migration to peripheral tissues.
