许文才:1957年2月出生,汉族,陕西人,西安理工大学印刷包装工程专业毕业,硕士研究生,教授。曾任德国斯图加特印刷学院访问学者,陕西机械学院包装工程教研室主任,西安理工大学印刷包装工程学院院长,北京印刷学院校长助理兼成教部主任、校长助理兼职业技术学院院长等职务。兼任国际包装研究组织(IAPRI)理事,中国振动工程学会包装动力学专业委员会副理事长,中国印刷技术协会凹版印刷分会理事长,柔性版印刷分会副理事长,教育部印刷包装教学指导委员会副主任,中国防伪行业协会技术专家,北京工业专家顾问,北京印刷学院印刷与包装工程学院院长、印刷包装材料与技术实验室主任等职务。
Xu Wencai: Born in February 1957, Han, Shaanxi, Xi’an Polytechnic University, printing and packaging engineering graduate, master’s degree, professor. Served as a visiting professor at Stuttgart Printing School in Germany, director of Packaging Engineering Department of Shaanxi Mechanical Engineering, Dean of Printing and Packaging Engineering College of Xi’an University of Technology, assistant to president and director of CET department of Beijing Printing Institute, assistant to principal and Dean of Vocational Technology College. He is also the director of International Packaging Research Organization (IAPRI), Vice Chairman of Packaging Dynamics Committee of China Vibration Engineering Society, Chairman of Gravure Printing Branch of China Printing Technology Association, Vice Chairman of Flexible Printing Branch, Deputy Director of Education Committee of Printing and Packaging Teaching Steering Committee , China Anti-counterfeiting Industry Association technical experts, Beijing industrial expert consultants, Beijing Institute of Printing Printing and Packaging Engineering Dean, printing and packaging materials and technology laboratory director and other positions.
