一、2003年交通工作的基本情况 2003年交通工作取得了较好的成绩。全年共完成交通基础设施投资3900亿元,同比增长12％。公路、水路分别完成客运量146亿人和1.7亿人,旅客周转量7700亿人公里和65亿人公里。完成货运量114亿吨和16亿吨,货物周转量7000亿吨公里和32000亿吨公里,同比分别增长2.5％,10.6％、3.4％、17.3％。运输总量在各种运输方式中稳列首位。全年工作成效比较显著,特点比较明显。 ——全国有一半以上的省份高速公路里程超过1000公里。今年新增公路通车里
I. Basic Information of Traffic in 2003 Traffic made good achievements in 2003. During the year, a total of 390 billion yuan was invested in transportation infrastructure, a year-on-year increase of 12%. Roads and waterways completed passenger traffic of 14.6 billion people and 170 million people respectively, with a passenger turnover of 770 billion kilometers and 6.5 billion kilometers of kilometers.
