娄底地区行政公署,各市、州、县人民政府,省直机关各单位:根据《中共中央、国务院关于治理向企业乱收费、乱罚款和各种摊派等问题的决定》(中发[199r7]14号)精神,经研究,决定取消第三批涉及企业的行政事业性收费项目18项,降低收费标准1项。现将有关事项通知如下:一、取消涉及企业的行政事业性收费18项:1、城建档案保证金(建委系统);2、交通安全设施费(公安系统);3、黄金生产发展费(黄金系统);4、机动车辆综合性能检测费(交通系统);5、乡镇船舶管理费(乡镇系统);6、劳动就业服务管理费(劳动系统);7、人防工程使用证工本费(人防系统);8、城镇治安联防费(公安系统);9、社会印件审查费(新闻出版系统);
