为提高继续教育的效益水平,本文运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,提出了继续教育外部绩效模糊评价模型。模型给出的外部绩效分为经济效益、人才效益、社会公共效益、社会教育效益四方面,其中,人才效益是影响外部绩效最重要的因素。最后利用模型对调查院校进行实证分析,以验证评价体系的合理性,并根据评价结果找出继续教育存在的问题,为政府制定教育改革措施提供借鉴。
In order to improve the benefit level of continuing education, this paper proposes a fuzzy evaluation model of external performance of continuing education by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The external performance given by the model is divided into four aspects: economic benefit, talent efficiency, social public benefit and social education benefit. Among them, talent efficiency is the most important factor that affects external performance. Finally, the model is used to carry out an empirical analysis of the institutions of investigation to verify the rationality of the evaluation system and find out the problems in continuing education according to the evaluation results, so as to provide reference for the government to formulate the educational reform measures.
