在碱性条件下,阿魏酸哌嗪对Luminol-NaIO4发光体系有强烈的抑制作用。基于此建立了新的测定阿魏酸哌嗪的方法。本方法以C18反相键合相为色谱柱,用甲醇和水(35∶65,V/V)为流动相,实现了对人体尿样中阿魏酸哌嗪的分离与测定。在最适宜条件下,方法的线性范围为1~20mg/L;检出限为0.3mg/L;相对标准偏差为1.4%(c=1.0mg/L,n=11)。
In alkaline conditions, piperazine ferulic acid Luminol-NaIO4 luminescence system has a strong inhibitory effect. Based on this, a new method for the determination of piperazine ferulate was developed. In this method, C18 reversed-phase phase was used as the column, methanol and water (35:65, V / V) were used as the mobile phase to achieve the separation and determination of piperazine ferulate in human urine samples.
