美国科学家的一项最新研究结果显示,诸如步行这样的适度运动,比剧烈运动更有益于心脏健康。研究发现,适度运动有效改善了项目参加者的甘油三酸脂和“好”胆固醇(高密度脂蛋白)的水平,而且即使参加者中断锻炼也将持续有效。
A recent study by U.S. scientists shows that moderate exercise such as walking can be more heart-healthy than strenuous exercise. The study found that moderate exercise effectively improved the level of triglycerides and “good” cholesterol (HDL) in participants and continued to work even if participants discontinued their workouts.
