城乡教育一体化的核心和关键是要全面改进农村学校,实现其优质化发展。梯面镇位于广州市北部,距离花都区中心约30公里,与从化交界,农民收入较低,是广州市一个比较落后的边远山区镇。文章结合当地(梯面镇)教育面临的问题,积极调查、分析全镇教育发展的现状与趋势,主动探讨改进学校教育管理的策略,寻找推动农村学校均衡化发展的新途径,对研究广州市农村、山区教育改革与发展具有代表性和典型性意义。
The key and key to the integration of urban and rural education is to improve rural schools in an all-round way and achieve their high-quality development.
