杭州机械设计研究所设计、富春江水工机械厂的HL115—3 F1500A预冷砼搅拌楼于1988年5月26日在七局铜街子工地安装,一次调试成功,已由水电七局通过验收。该搅拌楼是我国第一台带风冷、冰冷的预冷楼,理论生产率为115m~3/h,低温砼理论生产率为60m~3/h。在设计上全部采用装拆式管柱钢架结构。搅拌楼旁侧附有冷风楼钢结构,放置冷风机设备,搅拌楼中的三种骨料均考虑了通冷风所必需的设施,并设有从冰楼输入片冰的装置,能满足低温砼的要求。
