人类线性泛素链相关蛋白SHARPIN在哺乳动物体内广泛存在,主要分布于大脑、心脏和睾丸等器官细胞的胞质内,可通过线性泛素化调节介导NF-κB信号通路激活等途径对机体产生多种生理效应,特别是在炎症和免疫系统的发展中可能起着重要的作用。另外,SHARPIN与肿瘤发生、发展、转归的关系更成为近年来研究的热点,目前发现在多种肿瘤中SHARPIN表达均升高,但机制尚未明确。本文就SHARPIN的分子结构、与机体多种疾病发生发展的相关机制展开综述,并对SHARPIN未来的研究方向进行展望。
