本文对扬州工业职业技术学院新近开发成功的一校内化工实训项目作了介绍。这是一个以“水、乙二醇、1、4-丁二醇”三种沸点相差较大的液体组成的三元混合体系,在一实训型化工生产装置上进行工业化常减压精馏分离的化工实训项目。文中,从装置的工艺流程,装置中各设备的功能作用,三元液体混合体系的特点,浓度检测装置及方法,原料液配制量计算,开停车步骤,常减压精馏分离方法及操作要求,各过程安全注意事项等,作了详细叙说。文章认为,这是一个集化工实训知识全面又经济、环保于一身的化工实训项目,已为该校化工人才培养和教学水平的提升做出了较大贡献。
