鞍钢修建公司在鞍钢中板厂钢筋混凝土吊车梁大修中,成功地采用了粘接钢板补强加固新技术,生产使用一年效里良好,已于6月10日在鞍钢通过部级鉴定。鞍钢中板厂钢筋混凝土吊车梁全长185m,无一条伸缩缝,因使用年久出现严重破损。梁底面有3~4处的混凝土保护层大面积剥落,主筋锈蚀以致锈断,有17处出现空鼓,是冶金部挂号的“危险结构”。鞍钢修建公司大胆采用粘接钢板补强加固技术,一改传统的“架柱托梁”加固方法,缩短工期200小时,且动迁小,投资少,共节约438万元。该加固法的基本做法是,先将已锈蚀钢筋进行除锈,涂刷YJ-302混凝土界

The basic method of this reinforcement method is to remove rust from the rusted steel and paint the YJ-302 concrete sector.
