Since the middle of 1989, the political situation of the eight countries in Eastern Europe has undergone drastic changes in the first place. From the transitional process of the new system and the old one, relatively speaking, the transition of the economic system is more complicated, more difficult and more tortuous than the transition of the political system. From the perspective of the current stability of the society, changes in the national economy and changes in the actual living standards of the people and other factors, we can fully consider the eight countries of Eastern Europe. One can say that the original People’s Democracy belongs to a better category of “countries.” Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland belong to the In the second category, the situation in Hungary is better; in the Balkans, Romania, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia and Albania belong to the worst countries.
