采用双辊加工在ABS树脂中添加白云母粉填料得到ABS/云母共混物,以期提高ABS树脂的耐热性和其他力学性能。用TG和DTA对共混物的热行为进行了表征,结果表明:添加云母后,热分解温度有了一定的提高,最高可提高11.8℃,残炭量有了显著提高,残炭量最高可以达到13.5%;随着云母添加量的增加,冲击强度、拉伸强度都逐步下降,而熔体指数呈先增大后减小的趋势。采用扫描电镜分析了共混物的物理形貌,云母在ABS树脂中主要以鳞片状存在,进而形成了插层结构。
Adopting double roller processing to add mica powder filler in ABS resin to obtain ABS / mica blend, in order to improve the heat resistance and other mechanical properties of ABS resin.
