免疫保护性反应主要由成虫的抗原引起。有相当的证据说明,成虫和童虫有几种共同性质的抗原,对于这个间题也可从其它试验获得证明,如混合凝集试验。成虫虫体表膜抗原的连续转化和释放过程,已经肯定关系到免疫性、成虫的生存以及循环抗原或免疫复合物的产生。在成虫抗原包括代谢产物的提纯和检出方面已取得一些进展。在免疫病理学病变的发生上,虫卵抗原起着主要的虽不是唯一的作用。在虫卵抗原的标定和提纯方面也有所进展。
Immunoprotective reactions are mainly caused by the adult’s antigens. There is considerable evidence that there are several common antigens in adults and in pests, as evidenced by other tests such as the mixed agglutination test. The continuous transformation and release of epidermal antigens from adult worms has certainly been linked to immunity, the survival of adult worms, and the production of circulating antigens or immune complexes. Some progress has been made in the purification and detection of adult antigens, including metabolites. In the pathogenesis of immunopathology, the egg antigen plays a major, though not the sole, role. Progress has also been made in the calibration and purification of egg antigen.
