亲属关系公证是公证机构受理的一种较为普遍、常见的公证类型,公民出国留学、定居等普遍会使用到此类公证。办理好此类公证对保障当事人的合法权益、促进国际交往具有重要的意义。我国界定亲属关系的法律条文较为简单,但公证实务中办理此类公证却存在诸多问题。本文是笔者根据多年的办证经验,针对办理亲属关系公证中存在的若干问题,提出解决的建议。 Notarization of notarial relations is notarized by the notary office of a more common type of common notarization, citizens studying abroad, settlement and other commonly used to such notarization. It is of great significance to handle such notarization to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved and to promote international exchanges. The legal provisions that define kinship in our country are relatively simple. However, there are many problems in notarial practice for such notarization. This article is the author based on many years of accreditation experience, for a number of issues related to notarization of kinship, put forward proposals for settlement.
