提出了一种针对已建的地面钢质贮罐底板防腐蚀的阴极保护新技术。它运用定向顶管施工方法把镁带牺牲阳极呈辐射状水平地直接埋设在罐底下 ,然后与罐底板连通。它的优点有 :施工不影响贮罐的正常生产运行 ,阳极布置合理 ,罐底保护电位分布均匀 ,日后阳极更换方便 ,对于贮罐的电绝缘要求较低。这一技术已经在华北油田的 5 0 0 0m3 和 10 0 0 0m3 各两座原油贮罐上应用取得成功 ,所需费用仅相当于贮罐一次大修换底费用的1/ 3
A new technology of cathodic protection against the corrosion of the built-in steel tank floor has been put forward. It uses the method of directional pipe jacking to sacrifice the sacrificial anode of magnesium anode directly under the tank at the level of radiation, and then connected with the tank floor. Its advantages are: construction does not affect the normal production and operation of storage tanks, anode layout is reasonable, the potential distribution of the bottom of the tank uniform distribution of the anode in the future to facilitate the replacement of the lower electrical insulation requirements of storage tanks. This technology has been successfully applied to two crude oil storage tanks of 500m3 and 100m3 in Huabei Oilfield at a cost equivalent to only one-third
