2017年4月(2017年4月1日0时至4月30日24时),全国共报告法定传染病531 302例,死亡1 306人。其中,甲类传染病鼠疫、霍乱无发病、死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、白喉、脊髓灰质炎和人感染高致病性禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余22种传染病共报告发病299 360例,死亡1 294人。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病以及细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾,占乙类传染病报告
In April 2017 (from 0:00 on April 1, 2017 to 24:00 on April 30), a total of 531,330 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported nationwide, killing 1,306 people. Among them, Class A infectious disease plague, cholera no morbidity, death report. Among the group B infectious diseases, no reports of SARS, diphtheria, poliomyelitis and human-caused HPAI were reported. The remaining 22 kinds of infectious diseases reported a total of 299 360 cases and 1 294 deaths. The top five reported diseases were viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea and bacillary and amoebic dysentery, accounting for Category B infectious diseases
