目的探讨鼻内镜下重塑鼻腔结构治疗鼻解剖变异及粘膜接触点头痛的可行性。方法对136例鼻解剖变异及粘膜接触点头痛患者进行CT及鼻内窥镜检查,进行鼻解剖结构评估,对药物治疗1个月无效患者采取鼻内镜下选择性多结构重塑手术治疗,随访6个月~2年,评估疗效。结果 106例治愈,25例有效,5例无效,有效率96.3%。结论鼻中隔、中(下)鼻甲、钩突、筛泡等解剖变异是粘膜接触点头痛的主要原因,鼻内窥镜下重塑鼻腔结构治疗鼻腔粘膜接触点头痛以纠正鼻腔病理性改变、调整两侧气流的对称性分布为主,为鼻腔生理功能的恢复创造条件。
Objective To explore the feasibility of nasal endoscopic remodeling of nasal cavity structure for nasal anatomic variation and mucosal contact headache. Methods Thirty-six patients with nasal anatomical variations and mucosal contact headache were examined by CT and nasal endoscopy. Nasal anatomical structure was evaluated. Nasal endoscopic selective multi-structure remodeling was performed on patients who were inactive for one month after drug treatment. Follow-up 6 months to 2 years to assess the efficacy. Results 106 cases were cured, 25 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 96.3%. Conclusions Anatomic variation of nasal septum, middle and inferior turbinate, uncinate process and mesial bubble are the main causes of headache at mucosal contact point. Nasal endoscopic resurfacing nasal cavity structure is used to treat nasal mucosal contact headache to correct nasal pathological changes, Symmetry distribution of the side air flow is the main, creating conditions for the recovery of nasal physiological function.
