中药汤剂辅以超短波及二氧化碳激光干预治疗航海官兵膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效

目的:观察中药汤剂辅以超短波及二氧化碳(COn 2)激光干预治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。n 方法:将120例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组(中药汤剂辅以超短波及COn 2激光干预治疗组)和对照组(超短波及COn 2激光干预治疗组),每组60例。治疗组给予口服中药汤剂治疗,每次100 ml,2次/d,同时辅以超短波治疗及COn 2激光治疗,1次/d,疗程4周;对照组仅给予超短波治疗及COn 2激光治疗,1次/d,疗程4周。在治疗前和治疗后进行视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale, VAS)。n 结果:治疗组和对照组治疗后与治疗前比较VAS差异均有统计学意义(均n P<0.01);治疗后治疗组VAS评分(2.63±0.76)低于对照组(3.53±0.73),差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);治疗组治愈率为61.7%,高于对照组的50.0%,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。n 结论:中药汤剂辅以超短波及COn 2激光综合干预治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效及镇痛效果均优于单纯应用超短波及COn 2激光干预治疗,值得临床推广。n “,”Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) decoction supplemented with ultrashort wave and COn 2 laser intervention in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.n Methods:A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group (TCM decoction combined with ultrashort wave and COn 2 laser intervention group) and control group (ultrashort wave and COn 2 laser intervention group), with 60 patients in each group. The treatment group was given oral TCM decoction, 100 ml each time, twice a day, combined with ultrashort wave and COn 2 laser treatment, once a day, 4 weeks make a course of treatment. The control group only received ultrashort wave therapy and COn 2 laser treatment, once a day, 4 weeks make a course of treatment. The patients were evaluated by the visual analogue scale (VAS) before and after treatment.n Results:The differences of VAS scores between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were all statistically significant (n P<0.01). After treatment, the VAS of the intervention group (2.63±0.76) was lower than that of the control group (3.53±0.73), with statistically significant difference (n P<0.05). The cure rate of the treatment group (61.7%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (50.0%), with statistically significant difference (n P<0.05).n Conclusion:The curative and analgesic effects of TCM decoction combined with ultrashort wave and COn 2 laser intervention were superior to those of ultrashort wave and COn 2 laser in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application in clinic.n
