随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断发展和完善,用法律手段规范经济行为应该成为每个从业者的基本理念。因此,在中职学校会计、管理、营销等涉经专业强化经济法学科教学就显得尤为重要。作为一门不同于会计、管理、营销系列课程的法律学科,要想在教学实践中既保留经济法的特色和理论体系,又能与其它学科相互衔接,融为一体,就必须结合学生实际,对经济法学科教学进行适当的调整与优化。
With the constant development and improvement of the socialist market economic system in our country, using economic means to regulate economic behavior should become the basic concept of every practitioner. Therefore, it is very important to intensify the teaching of economic law in secondary vocational schools such as accounting, management and marketing. As a legal discipline different from the series of courses in accounting, management and marketing, if we want to retain the characteristics and theoretical system of economic law in teaching practice and integrate with other disciplines, we must combine the actual situation of students, Proper Adjustment and Optimization of Teaching of Economic Law.
