目的描述综合医院护士工作场所暴力的发生状况并探讨其影响因素。方法采取两阶段抽样法,采用医院工作场所暴力调查问卷修订版调查深圳市19家医院的1552名护士。结果552名调查对象中,1年内工作场所暴力事件发生率为70.6%。多元Logistic回归分析显示,以医院工作场所暴力是否发生为因变量,“工作部门”、“医院级别”、“是否为独生子女”、“职务”、“教育程度”、“医院对待员工遭受工作场所暴力后的态度”和“医院候诊区均为固定座椅”7个因素进入回归方程。结论综合医院护士遭受工作场所暴力是普遍现象,建议进行进一步的干预研究,从而减少医院工作场所暴力的发生。
Objective To describe the incidence of violence in the workplace of general hospital nurses and to explore the influencing factors. Methods A two-stage sampling method was used to survey 1,552 nurses in 19 hospitals in Shenzhen City using a revised version of the questionnaire survey on workplace violence. Results Among the 552 respondents, the incidence of workplace violence in one year was 70.6%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that whether the violent workplace in the hospital occurred as the dependent variable or not, “work department”, “hospital level”, “is the only child”, “position”, “education level ”, “ The hospital treats employees after workplace violence ”and “ hospital waiting area are fixed seats ”seven factors into the regression equation. Conclusion It is a common phenomenon that general hospital nurses suffer workplace violence. It is recommended that further intervention studies be conducted to reduce the incidence of workplace violence in hospitals.
