1.中间隔墙在意大利考察过的轧钢加热炉,大多是平炉顶、全炉顶辐射式烧咀,靠设置中间隔墙来严格区分各段炉温,十分有效。中间隔墙根据加热工艺要求,可以设在预热段与加热段之间,也可以设在加热段与均热段之间。它与现在采用的炉顶压下结构相比,具有结构简单、安装方便、冷却水耗量少等优点。使用寿命与炉体相当。无论宽窄炉子都适用,最宽的中间隔墙宽度达17m,也仅用两根直径很小的水冷管悬挂。图1是中间隔墙结构简图,隔墙厚230mm,整个隔墙用2根平行交错的水管吊挂,水管四周焊有Φ8mm、材质为0Cr18
