1 概况某石油化工厂1~#及2~#CO锅炉,型号为WGZ65/3.82-6,燃用重油催化剂再生炉CO烟气及炼厂燃料气的混合气体,备有重油燃烧装置,微正压燃烧。锅炉为双锅筒膜式水冷壁全密封结构,尾部仅一级蛇形管省煤器配正压二次分离钢珠除灰装置,没有布置空气预热器。省煤器结构如图1所示,四组蛇形管串联布置,蛇形管组之间留有800mm左右空挡,以方便检修。省煤器采用20钢φ32×3管,错列布置,计算进口烟温
