农村代购代销店(简称二代店),是基层供销社设在农村的供应网点,代购部分农副产品、废旧物资。代销部分生产及生活资料,供应的商品品种绝大部分是群众基本生活必需品及日用小商品。章镇供销社共有二代店87个,过去由于我们放松了管理,一度造成代销额滑坡现象。1986年4月份,我们通过改革二代店管理制度,制订相应措施,切实解决店员的后顾之忧,激发了他们的经营积极性。1986年5月份起代销额迅速回升,收到较好的效果。我们的具体做法如下: 一、改革资金结构,吸收店员投资。长期以来,二代店的铺底资金都由供销社无偿提供,造成
