测定温度骤降后南美白对虾仔虾肌肉中过氧化氢酶(Catalase CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活性和丙二醛(Malondiadehyde,MDA)的含量,评价温度骤降对南美白对虾仔虾抗氧化机能的影响。结果显示:温度由24℃骤降到21℃时,样品中CAT、SOD、ACP、AKP的活性及MDA的含量分别为0.004 79~0.005 54 kU/gport、0.832~0.908 kU/gport、0.002 19~0.002 41 U/gport、0.000 659~0.000 706 U/gport及0.465~0.501 mmol/L;温度由24℃骤降到18℃时,样品中CAT、SOD、ACP、AKP的活性及MDA的含量分别为0.004 20~0.005 54 kU/gport、0.791~0.908 kU/gport、0.001 97~0.002 43 U/gport、0.000 643~0.000 706 U/gport及0.467~0.844 mmol/L。由于温度降低到21℃与对照组的温差不大,故各个指标的变化程度不是很明显;而温度降低到18℃后,各指标呈现出了一定的变化趋势,说明温度骤降对南美白对虾仔虾有一定的影响,是南美白对虾健康与存活的重要因素之一。
The activity of Catalase CAT, Superoxide dismutase (SOD), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and acid phosphatase (ACP) in muscle of Penaeus vannamei shrimp Malondiadehyde (MDA) content, to evaluate the impact of sudden temperature drop on antioxidant capacity of Penaeus vannamei larvae. The results showed that the activity of CAT, SOD, ACP and AKP and the contents of MDA in the samples were 0.004 79 ~ 0.005 54 kU / gport, 0.832 ~ 0.908 kU / gport, 0.002 19 ~ 0.002 41 U / gport, 0.000 659 ~ 0.000 706 U / gport and 0.465 ~ 0.501 mmol / L respectively. When the temperature dropped from 24 ℃ to 18 ℃, the activities of CAT, SOD, ACP and AKP and MDA contents in the samples were 0.004 20 to 0.005 54 kU / gport, 0.791 to 0.908 kU / gport, 0.001 97 to 0.002 43 U / gport, 0.000 643 to 0.000 706 U / gport and 0.467 to 0.844 mmol / L. As the temperature dropped to 21 ℃ and the control group temperature difference is small, so the degree of change of each indicator is not obvious; and the temperature dropped to 18 ℃, the indicators showed a certain trend, indicating the temperature plunge of Penaeus vannamei Aberdeen has a certain impact on the health and survival of Penaeus vannamei one of the important factors.
