供给侧改革,强调从生产端、供给着手,着力提升供给质量,用改革推进结构调整,稳定经济增长。而生产、供给的主体是企业,我国小微企业近几十年发展迅速,是推动经济发展、深化改革的重要力量,自然也成为推进供给侧改革的主体。因此,企业如何发展尤其是小微企业的发展状况在很大程度上决定着供给侧改革的成效。基于此,本文试从推动供给侧改革,促进小微企业发展入手,探讨保定市小微企业发展的合理路径。
Supply-side reform emphasizes that from the production side, the supply should start with efforts to improve the quality of supply and promote the structural adjustment through reform so as to stabilize economic growth. The main body of production and supply is the enterprise. The small and micro enterprises in our country have developed rapidly in recent decades, which is an important force for promoting economic development and deepening the reform. Naturally, they have also become the main body for promoting supply-side reform. Therefore, how the development of enterprises, especially the development of small and micro enterprises, largely determines the effectiveness of supply-side reforms. Based on this, this article try to promote supply-side reform and promote the development of small and micro enterprises to explore the reasonable path for the development of small and micro enterprises in Baoding.
