文章将激励因素划分为个人成长与发展激励、工作本身激励、精神激励、组织环境激励四个维度,以某供电局不同类别员工为研究对象,通过访谈和问卷调查,调查分析员工激励需求,对员工激励现状进行深度分析,查找当前员工激励存在的主要问题,并结合激励机制设计的原则,以建立科学、系统、高效的员工激励机制为目标,提出具体的激励体系优化措施。
In this paper, the motivation factors are divided into four dimensions: individual growth and development incentive, work motivation, spiritual motivation and organizational environment motivation. Taking different employees of a Power Supply Bureau as the research object, through interview and questionnaire survey, the motivation needs of the employees are investigated and analyzed. In-depth analysis of the status quo of employee incentives to find out the main problems existing in employee motivation, combined with the principle of incentive mechanism design, to establish a scientific, systematic and efficient employee incentive mechanism as the goal, put forward specific incentive system optimization measures.
