试验测试了在-100℃~100℃范围内铝箔力学性能及线膨胀系数随温度变化的规律。试验结果表明,铝箔的力学性能及线膨胀系数具有显著的热不稳定性;抗拉强度随温度升高而直线下降,屈服强度也随温度升高而下降,但在室温以上时,下降的速度较快,其曲线的斜率略大于抗拉强度随温度变化曲线的斜率;弹性模量与线膨胀系数随温度升高呈下降趋势,室温以上曲线变化的斜率均小于室温以下的曲线变化的斜率。
The mechanical properties and linear expansion coefficient of aluminum foil with temperature in the range of -100 ℃ ~ 100 ℃ were tested. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties and linear thermal expansion coefficient of aluminum foil have significant thermal instability. The tensile strength decreases linearly with increasing temperature, and the yield strength also decreases with increasing temperature.
