目的 探讨血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P表达及血粘度与冠心病的关系。方法 82例冠心病患者分为A组 :稳定型心绞痛 2 6例 ;B组 :不稳定型心绞痛 2 8例 ;C组 :急性心肌梗死 2 8例 ,并选健康人 2 8例为D组。分别利用流式细胞仪技术测定CD62P活性及血液流变学指标。结果A组、B组、C组和D组的CD62P阳性表达分别为 3 6 2± 1 2 4 %、5 2 6± 1 4 9%、6 0 8± 1 75 %和 2 4 6± 0 81%。A、B、C组与健康人D组比较 ,有显著性差异(P <0 0 5 )。血浆粘度分别为 1 31± 0 30、1 6 4± 0 2 2、2 19± 0 35及 1 30± 0 18mPa .s。B、C组与对照组相比差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。CD62P与血浆粘度和纤维蛋白原浓度呈正相关 (r =0 872 ,P <0 0 5 ;r =0 793,P <0 0 5 )。结论 CD62P及血浆粘度均可能成为判断冠心病患者病情进展程度的良好指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P expression and blood viscosity and coronary heart disease. Methods 82 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into group A: 26 cases of stable angina pectoris; group B: 28 cases of unstable angina pectoris; group C: 28 cases of acute myocardial infarction and 28 healthy subjects were selected as group D. The activity of CD62P and the indexes of hemorrheology were determined by flow cytometry. Results The positive expressions of CD62P in groups A, B, C and D were 362 ± 1 24%, 526 ± 1 49%, 60 8 ± 1 75% and 246 ± 0 81, respectively %. There was significant difference between group A, B, C and group D (P <0.05). Plasma viscosities were 1 31 ± 0 30, 1 44 ± 0 2, 2 192 ± 0 35 and 1 30 ± 0 18 mPa.s, respectively. B, C group compared with the control group significant difference (P <0 05). CD62P was positively correlated with plasma viscosity and fibrinogen concentration (r = 0 872, P <0 05; r = 0 793, P 0 05). Conclusion Both CD62P and plasma viscosity may be good indicators of the progression of disease in patients with coronary heart disease.
