目的 :提高肾上腺皮质癌的诊治水平。方法 :回顾性分析 8例肾上腺皮质癌的临床资料 ,其中成人7例 ,儿童 1例 ;肿瘤位于左侧 5例 ,右侧 3例 ;直径 5～ 15cm ;有功能 4例 ,无功能 4例 ;Ⅰ期 2例 ,Ⅱ期 1例 ,Ⅲ期3例 ,Ⅳ期 2例。结果 :死亡 5例 ,3例至今生存 ,其中有转移 1例。结论 :肾上腺皮质癌预后差 ,手术是治疗最佳选择
Objective: To improve the diagnosis and treatment of adrenocortical cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 8 adrenocortical carcinomas were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 7 were adults and 1 was children. The tumor was located on the left side in 5 cases and on the right side in 3 cases. The diameter ranged from 5 cm to 15 cm. There were 4 cases with function and 4 cases with no function. 2 cases in stage I, 1 case in stage II, 3 cases in stage III and 2 cases in stage IV. Results: 5 died and 3 survived to this day, including 1 case of metastasis. Conclusion: The poor prognosis of adrenocortical cancer, surgery is the best choice for treatment
