Now that the final accounts of the Central Government have been compiled in 1999 and entrusted by the State Council, I hereby submit the 1999 Central Government’s final accounts report to this Standing Committee for examination. Final Accounts of the Central Government in 1999 With the correct leadership of the Central Party Committee and the State Council, in 1999, the people of the whole nation united and worked together to make major achievements in all aspects of the national economy and the society.
