长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是指不编码蛋白质且长度大于200个核苷酸的RNA。越来越多的研究发现,起初被认为是“噪音”的lncRNA通过参与细胞的活化、增殖和分化等影响人体的生理病理活动,在人体免疫系统中,有多种免疫细胞在保护机体和维持免疫稳态发挥着重要的作用,lncRNA在免疫系统中通过调控免疫相关基因的表达、与T淋巴细胞某些细胞因子结合、参与B淋巴细胞与树突状细胞(DC)的分化发育等,影响免疫炎症相关疾病的发生和发展。本文主要介绍lncRNA的分类以及lncRNA在免疫系统调节和相关免疫炎症疾病的差异表达和分子机制方面研究进展。
