基于单个双驱动马赫-曾德尔调制器(DDMZM),提出一种宽且平坦的可调谐光学频率梳(OFC)的产生方案,其结构简单、易于实现、成本低。对方案原理进行理论分析,利用Optisystem 7.0软件进行仿真研究。结果表明,产生的OFC梳线数目不多,但平坦度较好,中心频率和梳线间距均可独立调谐。可调谐光源的中心频率决定了OFC的中心频率。将基于光外差法产生的微波射频信号作为DDMZM的驱动信号,确定了OFC的梳线间距,最大可达150 GHz,有效频谱带宽为600 GHz。
Based on a single dual-drive Mach-Zehnder modulator (DDMZM), a wide and flat OFC generation scheme is proposed, which has the advantages of simple structure, easy implementation and low cost. Theoretical analysis of the program principle, the use of Optisystem 7.0 software simulation. The results show that the resulting number of OFC comb lines is small, but the flatness is good, the center frequency and comb line spacing can be independently tuned. The center frequency of the tunable light source determines the center frequency of the OFC. Based on the microwave radiofrequency signal generated by the optical heterodyne method as the driving signal of the DDMZM, the comb line spacing of the OFC is determined, up to 150 GHz and the effective spectrum bandwidth is 600 GHz.
