随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展、市场经济体制的逐步形成,与之相适应的法律体系的建立也进入快车道。社会主义市场经济立法要少走弯路,加快速度,力求完善,就离不开学习国外特别是发达国家市场经济立法的有益经验。大胆吸收和借鉴发达国家市场经济立法的成果和经验,有利于推进我国社会主义市场经济法律体系的建立,使法律体系既适应国内市场经济发展规律的内在要求,又保证与国际经济接轨的客观需要。
With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy and the gradual formation of a market economy system, the establishment of a legal system that adapts to it has also entered the fast lane. Socialist market economy legislation should take fewer detours, speed up and strive for perfection, it is inseparable from learning useful experiences of market economy legislation in other countries, especially in developed countries. To boldly absorb and learn from the achievements and experiences of market economy legislation in developed countries is conducive to advancing the establishment of a legal system for the socialist market economy in our country so that the legal system can not only meet the inherent requirements of the laws governing the development of the domestic market economy but also ensure the objective needs of being in line with the international economy .
