何才庆,1987年大学毕业后分配到国家部委某机关,1988年12月当选该部直属机关团委书记,成为当时中央机关最年轻的正处级干部。1994年何才庆参与创办了《中华读书报》,任总经理,他还当过生活时报社副社长,这两种报纸均为光明日报集团属下的子报。1997年1月起何才庆调光明日报新闻研究部任副主任,1998年筹办北京和棋文化艺术有限公司,1999年4月他创办了中国企业家世纪论坛。
He Caiqing, after graduating from university in 1987, was assigned to an organ of the state ministries and commissions. In December 1988, he was elected party secretary of the organ directly under the ministry and became the youngest cadre of the Central Government. In 1994 He Caiqing participated in the founding of “China Newspaper”, as general manager, he also served as vice president of Life Times, both newspapers are subordinate to Guangming Daily Group. From January 1997 onwards, He Caiqing has been the deputy director of the Press Research Department of Guangming Daily. In 1998, he organized Beijing Chess Culture and Arts Co., Ltd. In April 1999, he founded the China Entrepreneurs Century Forum.
