以热损伤大鼠为研究对象,观察生脉散对热损伤鼠免疫器官、脾脏淋巴ConA 增殖反应、白细胞介素2(IL2) 产生能力的影响。发现生脉散可以减轻由于热损伤造成的大鼠胸腺、脾脏缩小的程度,并能明显提高损伤大鼠的脾淋巴细胞转化率和IL2 产生能力。还发现生脉散可以提高热损伤大鼠脾淋巴细胞IL2m RNA 的表达水平,这提示促进IL2m RNA 的表达可能是该方保护热损伤大鼠脾淋巴细胞IL2 产生能力的作用环节之一
Taking heat-damaged rats as the research object, we observed the effect of Shengmaisan on the proliferative response of lymphatic ConA and the production of interleukin-2 (IL-2) in the immune organs and spleen of heat-injured mice. It was found that Shengmaisan can reduce the extent of thymus and spleen shrinkage caused by thermal injury in rats, and can significantly increase spleen lymphocyte transformation rate and IL-2 production in injured rats. It was also found that Shengmaisan can increase the expression of IL-2m RNA in spleen lymphocytes of heat-damaged rats, suggesting that promoting the expression of IL-2m RNA may be the protective effect of this party on the production of IL-2 in spleen lymphocytes of heat-damaged rats.
