应用吴仲华教授提出的S1/S2 两类相对流面迭代方法 ,按水蒸气性质计算 ,并将AMDC(Aeiley/Mathieson/Dunham/Came)损失模型引入到计算中 ,实现了两类相对流面的迭代计算 .用该计算方法对某热电联产汽轮机低压级组通流部分的叶片进行了倾扭复合成型设计 ,改变了流道中的压力分布 ,使级反动度沿径向的变化更趋合理 .通过参数优化和静、动叶栅匹配 ,使该级组相对原设计的相对内效率提高了 6 6 %左右
